Overwhelmed by the grandeur of the Egyptian pyramid of Giza

The Egyptian pyramids of Giza were built between 2550 and 2490 BC by Pharaohs with 3 pyramids in the order of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure.

The secret of the Egyptian pyramids of Giza

To this day, how the pyramids at Giza were built remains one of Egypt's greatest mysteries. The pyramid was built to last forever and that monumental tombs are relics of the Old Kingdom period of Egypt and were built about 4,500 years ago.
The Pharaohs of Egypt are expected to become gods in the afterlife and to prepare for that, they erect temples for the gods and their massive pyramid tombs, Filled with all the wealth the rulers will need to sustain themselves in the afterlife.

Pharaoh Khufu started the first Egyptian Giza Pyramids project , around 2550 BC, his Great Pyramid was the largest in Giza and about 480 feet (147 meters) high on the plateau. Its estimated 2.3 million stone blocks weigh an average of 2.5 to 15 tons.
Khufu's son, Pharaoh Khafre, built the second pyramid at Giza, around 2520 BC, his pyramid also includes the Sphinx, a mysterious limestone monument with the body of a lion and a pharaoh's head. And called Sphinx, these Sphinx stand outside as guard for the tomb of pharaoh.
The third Egyptian Giza Pyramid is significantly smaller than the two heads and was built by Pharaoh Menkaure around 2490 BC, but it has a much more complex burial temple.
The ancient engineering feats at Giza are so impressive that scientists today cannot be sure how the pyramids were built. However, they have learned a lot about the people who built them and the political power necessary to carry it out.
The builders are skilled Egyptian workers, living in a nearby city. Archaeological excavations revealed a highly organized, resource-rich community that had to be supported by the strong central government of the time.
It seems that people throughout ancient Egypt have contributed workers, as well as food and other necessities, to the national project to show the wealth and control of the land of ancient pharaohs.
You can think of the pyramid that helped build ancient Egypt, the people also preserved it well and Giza allows us to explore a long-lost world ...

Visit one of the seven best preserved world wonders

Coming to Cairo, surely you cannot miss the Egyptian pyramids of Giza , the greatest man-made structure of all time. As one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world, the Pyramids of Giza (aka Pyramid of Kheops). The blocks are carved, shaped, smoothed and then superimposed on each other to reach a height of 146.5m (due to the current wear-down time of 138.8m).

Although in the hot desert, the internal temperature of the pyramid is always maintained at 20 degrees Celsius, to preserve the remains of ancient Egyptian kings. For decades, the mysteries of the Giza pyramids have not been explained and become the focus of many Egyptian scientists and  tourists to explore.
The three pyramids of Khufu, Khafre and Menkaure are aligned with the three stars that make up Orion's Waist constellation. The road going down Giza's heart straight towards the North Star is called Alpha Draconis.
The Egyptian pyramid of Giza is facing the Earth's North Pole. It is also the most accurate Arctic-oriented building than any other project in the world. Although built thousands of years ago, Giza's direction was only 0.05 degrees from the North Pole. This is because the North Pole points change over time. By the time Giza finishes, it's headed right here. All the ancient Egyptian pyramids were built on the western bank of the Nile, where the sun set and was the land of the dead according to ancient Egyptian legend.
If you have to choose the greatest, most mysterious architectural work of man, surely Pyramid will be an extremely bright candidate.
Currently tourism to the Egyptian pyramids of Giza  has declined rapidly since the political upheaval lasted for many years. The country has undergone some administrative changes, and instability means that the future of travel to the pyramid is still something that has not been visited by many tourists!
